Terms & Conditions

By commissioning me you are entering into an agreement to pay upon request the full amount.
Work does not start until payment is recieved (PayPal Goods and Services). (Payment plans are available on request, just ask!)Refunds are only available before the work begins.Unless you the buyer specifies, there will be no time limit (within reason) of completion of picture.
This is due to the demands of my other job aswell as parenting a toddler! I will always provide work in progress images for you to approve, feel free to ask for updates.
